Digging Deeper -- Why These Nitrogen Management BMPs?

The On-Farm Climate Action Fund (OFCAF) supports specific nitrogen management Beneficial Management Practices (BMPs), but how and why were those BMPs chosen? The Farm Resilience Mentorship (FaRM) Program, an initiative of Farmers of Climate Solutions, is excited to host a webinar with Dr. David Burton, FCS’ Scientific Advisor and Professor Emeritus at Dalhousie University. Together, we will dive deeper into nitrogen management BMPs, and the impact that they could have on reducing emissions and building on-farm resilience.
