What is a KSE?

It’s a learning event that supports the learning and adoption of the  specific BMPs to address climate change challenges, that are both learning and networking opportunities.

Famers will benefit from:

  • Hearing first-hand experiences from other farmers and industry experts

  • Gain access to information networks and resources

  • Seeing the latest in applied research

Successful applicants must attend an approved Knowledge Sharing Event (KSE) hosted by OFCAF-NL or an approved educational product to receive funding and complete their project. Applicants must participate in at least one KSE for each approved project within its category.

These can be demonstrating events, webinars, workshops or symposium, and may be delivered by the NLFA or other agricultural organizations or service providers. If an event is not listed, please contact ofcaf@nlfa.ca to inquire if the event meets the requirements.
