When applying for funding delivered by NLFA, personal information and details about your organization and project concept are required. Personally identifiable information includes your name, email address, phone number, and address, and may be used to contact or identify you.
NLFA utilizes personally identifiable information to communicate with the applicant or client. Additionally, information regarding your organization and project funding is used for the following purposes:

Becoming a Project Funding Recipient
If you receive funding, we will share your information with the funder to ensure efficient program administration. The funder may disclose your information to other government officials in Canada, municipalities, and contractors assisting with the program. Additionally, the funder may publish your name, business number, location, project description, agreement date, and value on their website. Detailed information sharing terms will be included in the Contribution Agreement signed at the project's start with NLFA.
How do we protect information we collect?

We adhere to technical and management practices considered reasonable under the circumstances to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of information stored on our system.
